Target Audience:
This activity is designed for an audience of nurses, physicians, physician assistants, and any other ophthalmologic health professionals.

Activity Overview:
The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum for ophthalmologists to learn the most up to date information in ophthalmic medicine covering the subspecialties within general ophthalmology to strengthen the knowledge and skills of ophthalmologic professionals and to improve patient outcomes.

• Review the ophthalmologists’ obligations to identify, report and effectively assist victims of domestic violence.

• List the differential diagnosis of cupping and recognize the conditions that could mimic “normal tension glaucoma.”
• Recognize atypical ways that open-angle glaucoma can present to avoid delay in diagnosis.
