Outcomes:
The course will help participants learn the fundamental skills required for CBT-I that will allow more patients access to this best-selling treatment for insomnia. On successful completion, students will be prepared to:
• Accurately evaluate patients suffering from persistent insomnia
• Develop treatment plans that are specific to each patient's specific needs
• Support patients throughout the process of treatment
• Identify obstacles to successful treatment, and also insufficient progression.
