Course Overview:
The APP Oncology Summit, a conference that lasts two days, provides advanced practice providers (APPs), with evidence-based strategies for optimizing care and outcomes for cancer patients. This conference is designed for and by advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs, pharmacists and nurse specialists), and is a collaborative effort between oncology clinicians from different communities.

The APP Oncology Summit is a unique opportunity to bring together APPs from different healthcare organizations in the community, to learn from one another and from national faculty, and to share best practices on a variety of issues related to cancer patient care. APP Oncology Summits were created with and for advanced practitioners, including NPs and PAs, pharmacists and nurses. Students, doctors, and other healthcare professionals who are involved in the care of patients with cancer can also attend as part of the multidisciplinary team.
