An annual meeting of the Aspen Retinal Detachment Society (ARDS), founded in 1972, brings together leading retinal experts from all over the world. A key feature of the ARDS meeting is its interactive approach between speakers and audience members. The ARDS is characterized by dynamic discussions between all participants in every environment, whether it is a conference room or a ski slope.
In order to address the professional practice gaps of ARDS meeting attendees, various activities are being offered in order to enhance competence in vitreoretinal diseases, surgery, and practice management.
