Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology (CARO) 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting

Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology (CARO) 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting is organized by the Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology (CARO) / Association Canadienne de Radio-Oncology (ACRO) and will be held from Sep 28 - Oct 01, 2022, at Hilton Toronto Hotel, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The theme for the 2022 CARO ASM is “Optimizing Patient Outcomes: The Intersection of Technology and Human Touch”  and the conference objectives are:
• Demonstrate an understanding of modern radiation techniques and pertinent information for use in clinical practice;
• Describe the impact of patient- and tumour-specific characteristics on emerging technology and treatment approaches;
• Draw attention to the reasons for disparities in the delivery of cancer care;
• Describe the potential effects of utilising more modern radiotherapy procedures as well as the chances for clinical research, education, and application within a facility.
