The Duke Center for Surgical Education and Innovation hosts the 15th Annual Masters of Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery Conference, sponsored by the Duke Division of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
The 15th Annual Duke Masters of Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery will bring together internationally renowned surgeons. They will present the most recent advances in minimally invasive thoracic surgical techniques through video-based and didactic presentations. Dr. Thomas D'Amico, the course director, has been teaching video-assisted surgical lobectomy (VATS) at medical institutions around the globe for over 20 years. Dr. D'Amico was just appointed to the Editorial Board of Annals of Surgery.
