North Carolina Orthopaedic Association (NCOA) 2021 Annual Meeting is organized by North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) and will be held from Oct 29 - 31, 2021 at Pinehurst Resort, Pinehurst, North Carolina, United States of America.

Target Audience and Purpose:
The NCOA Annual Meeting is designed as an opportunity for orthopaedic surgeons, fellows, and residents in training to exchange expertise and novel ideas, and to advance the practice of orthopaedics to improve care for the citizens of North Carolina.

Objectives:
• Data regarding administrative practice management including but not limited to determining which patients are candidates for inpatient vs. outpatient surgery; risk factors for postoperative complications, and financial consequences of differing treatment strategies.
• Updates on evidence-based recommendations for controversial topics in orthopaedic surgery
• Updates in surgical techniques.
