Who is the course suitable for?:
ENLS is an entry-level course suitable for doctors, nurses, and allied health staff working in acute care specialties (ICU, ED, General Medicine, Anaesthesia, Neurosurgery) who may encounter or provide care for patients with neurological emergencies in the first hour of their emergency care.
Course Overview:
For the first time ever, the world famous ENLS course arrives in Melbourne, supported and endorsed by the Neurocritical Care Society. The Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) course is designed to help healthcare professionals improve patient care and outcomes during the critical first hours of a patient's nuerological emergency.
An experienced faculty will present the emergency management of 14 neurological/neurosurgical emergencies. Unlike other ENLS courses, there will be interactive simulation scenarios and hands-on sessions, to bring the learning to life.
