Description:
This program is designed to increase the participant’s knowledge of current advances in the diagnosis and management of heart failure. This continuing education activity is intended for hospitalists, cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses with an interest in heart failure care.

Objectives:
After attending the meeting, participants should be able to:
• Describe the current management strategies for chronic heart failure
• Create a framework for risk-stratification of patients with advanced heart failure
