Program Overview:
The Armenian Heritage Cruise (AHC) in collaboration with Columbia University will unite the Global Health initiative with a focus on the Armenian program model. This conference is outlined to render a thorough review of the most important advancements made in health care. A range of highly educational and informative lectures will cover key fields of health care in Armenia. The session is composed of discussions on how model programs in skeletal health, women’s health, cardiology, and dental health were amplified in Armenia and how these programs can serve as model programs throughout the world. The program will be of core importance to all health care professionals who are interested in global health hurdles of our time as exemplified by these initiatives. The conference mission is to equip participants with tools in Global Health issues by addressing each major specialty. Much of the material will be conferred in lecture format by the best teachers and clinicians. In addition, each specialty will have a case-based question and answer session by using an interactive computer-based system. This system will allow you (anonymously) to examine your knowledge in the different areas of medicine.
