Update on Global Health - CME Cruise - 4th Annual is organized by the Columbia University Department of Medicine. The session is held from Jan 12 - 19, 2020 at 7-Night Caribbean Cruise, Miami, Florida, United States of America. This symposium has been assigned for a maximum of 15 credits.

Program Overview:
The Armenian Heritage Cruise (AHC) in collaboration with Columbia University will unite the Global Health initiative with a focus on the Armenian program model. This conference is outlined to render a thorough review of the most important advancements made in health care. A range of highly educational and informative lectures will cover key fields of health care in Armenia. The session is composed of discussions on how model programs in skeletal health, women’s health, cardiology, and dental health were amplified in Armenia and how these programs can serve as model programs throughout the world. The program will be of core importance to all health care professionals who are interested in global health hurdles of our time as exemplified by these initiatives. The conference mission is to equip participants with tools in Global Health issues by addressing each major specialty. Much of the material will be conferred in lecture format by the best teachers and clinicians. In addition, each specialty will have a case-based question and answer session by using an interactive computer-based system. This system will allow you (anonymously) to examine your knowledge in the different areas of medicine.

Learning Objectives:
• To present the latest information on nutritional, epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of osteoporosis.
• Review and unite the knowledge of common public health problems that affect women with preventative approaches to treating them.
• Recognize the role of interventional and medical therapies in the management of cardiovascular disease.
• Provide insights on dental hygiene who are living in settings that do not lend themselves to identification, treatment, and prevention.

Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
