THSNA 2020: 5th Biennial Summit of the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Summit of North America is organized by Thrombosis and Hemostasis Societies of North America (THSNA). The symposium is held from Aug 23 - 25, 2020 at Sheraton Grand Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America.

Accreditation:
Physicians / Nurses / Pharmacists :
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and Thrombosis & Hemstasis Summit of North America. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. Credit Designation Statement – Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.50 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians and 19.50 contact hours for nurses and 19.50 knowledge-based contact hours for pharmacists. Learners should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Description:
The THSNA Summit is a collaboration of the fourteen leading non-profit organizations in the fields of Thrombosis and Hemostasis. The Summit provides a focused forum for over 1,500 attendees with an interest in bleeding and clotting disorders to network, learn, and share across disciplines and disease states.

Pre-Summit Workshop Day:
THSNA Pre-Summit Workshops will be hosted on Wednesday, August 22nd at the Sheraton Grand Chicago unless otherwise noted. Enrollment for these workshops is open to all THSNA registered attendees unless otherwise noted.
