Southwest Nephrology Conference 2020

20th Annual Southwest Nephrology Conference & 7th Annual Cardio Renal Metabolic Conference is organized by National Kidney Foundation of Arizona (NKF AZ) and will be held from Mar 06 - 07, 2020 at We-Ko-Pa Resort and Conference Center, Fountain Hills, Arizona, United States of America.

Target Audience:
This educational activity was originally developed for the ESRD healthcare team, including nephrologists, transplant surgeons, general surgeons, surgical and nephrology nurses, dialysis technicians, social workers and renal dietitians. It was also designed to be of interest to primary care physicians and other health care professionals.

Course Description:
Positively influencing the quality of life and survival of dialysis patients is at the heart of this activity, which includes the patient’s perspective of the dialysis experience. Conference themes have focused on optimizing patient outcomes through demonstrated best practices that apply to a multidisciplinary audience from throughout the United States as well as Canada, Mexico and other parts of the world.
