The PCAB Compounding and Infusion Pharmacy workshop provides pharmacy personnel with a comprehensive overview of the accreditation process and a standard-by-standard review of the requirements for <795> and <797> compounding. The two-day course is conducted with a personalized approach that delivers valuable insight into the accreditation process.

Workshop participants will be provided with:

• How to prepare a Preliminary Evidence Report (PER)
• How to create an effective Plan Of Correction (POC)
• Discuss what is an effective Performance Improvement plan (PI)
