Description:
Next Gen Immunology is one of the largest highly influential immunology and microbiome meetings. The meeting is devoted to the integration of mucosal immunology, microbiome research and other 'omics' approaches to the study of human health and disease. Some of the most important diseases discussed as part of the meeting include inflammatory bowel diseases, with new unpublished data related to fresh insights on the pathogenesis, microbiome and genomics aspects of these human disease presented by multiple speakers throughout this meeting. The meeting attracted over 600 top researchers, postdocs, students, leading editors, and industry representatives from across the world and turned into an exciting 'think tank' in which future directions of immunology, microbiome, IBD, and other human-relevant 'multi-factorial' diseases are discussed.
