Leadership Essentials for Advanced Programs (LEAP) is organized by Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL) and will be held from Oct 22 - 23, 2020 at Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.

Course Description:
This 2-day program is designed to prepare new or incoming directors from all advanced dental education programs for the different leadership, administration, teaching, and mentoring challenges they encounter while serving in their roles. LEAP, executed by experienced past and present program directors, academic executives, and leadership consultants, will address various aspects of the program director’s roles and responsibilities and provide useful tools, skills and procedures that can be immediately applied to any advanced program.
