• Please collect the fee according to the fees structure announced on our website, as there are different charges for the student and professional staff

• Please remember that we do have an early bird, standard and late registration rate too, please refer to our website for the exact dates.

• On the refund, we do not refund any paid fees, except contingency cases, usually, we will keep the deposit for future events, which mean, the delegate can join another event without charges on the replacement for the unattended event, but subject to the valid reason of absent and approval of our conference committee.

• For the CPD point or Participation grade, we do not fix the hour and point, because each country has a different requirement on that, so we will provide the certificate and a letter on CPD points for all the delegates.

• The complementary city tour on day 2 will be held if a minimum number of the delegate (20 pax) agreed to join the tour, we will take the headcount on the conference day. (We will do this manually on the conference day, so no need to ask the delegate beforehand)

• Our HQ is in Singapore, and our finance department is in Malaysia, thus all the collected fees will be transferred to our Malaysian account. We do not wish to show our Bank account name to our client, we only want "IntKnowHub" to be shown for all the registration, inquiries and payment matter.
