IFM Dubai 2020 - The 7th International Family Medicine Conference is organized by INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions and will be held from Feb 24 - 26, 2020 at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Family Medicine is a specialty that serves people of all age groups delivering continuous and personal care to all members of the family. IFM was established with the aim of adopting a holistic approach towards family medicine and to bring all experts, physicians, and doctors of various specialties all under one roof in order to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of preventative and curative healthcare services.

The year will indeed be special for IFM in regards to healthcare updates, innovation and technology, as we intend to address all related healthcare topics within Primary Healthcare (PHC), specifically Family Medicine. IFM’s scientific agenda will go in line with the latest trends in the healthcare industry, such as the evolving role of technology in healthcare, the value-based outcome and the future of chronic diseases including diabetes and hypertension.

IFM aims to focus on the state of mental health which affects nearly 15% of adults aged 60 years, and this is largely due to the rapidly aging population globally. Furthermore, IFM 2020 will also focus on vaccination and emergency medicine and how family physician deals with such situations in their healthcare setting.
