By attending the course you will earn 6 CPD credits. In each chapter we include a Quality Improvement Ideas box which provides suggestions to stimulate further continuing professional development such as audits and practice development. This additional work can be claimed as CPD credits. 

For example, if you highlight improving end of life care as a major area for your PDP for the year ahead and subsequently do 7 hours work of reading the topic, looking at the resources, doing an audit, preparing a presentation, devising a new practice policy/guideline, you can claim a further 7 credits.
