Description:
In its 7th year, the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Geriatric Conference welcomes Physicians, Healthcare Practioners as well as Industry Leaders to participate in an all-day event exploring medical topics related to the aging population. Attendees of the 2020 conference will hear from local specialists from the Windsor-Essex County Community who will present on topics relevant to the day-to-day practice of community family physicians.

Objectives:
Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent participating in the educational program.
At the end of this conference, participants will be able to:
• Summarize recent updates in the field of geriatric medicine.
• Demonstrate a better understanding of the healthcare needs for the geriatric population.
• Apply the knowledge gained to offer relevant advice to their patients to address geriatric healthcare concerns.
