Targeted Audience

The session is intended for general and subspecialty radiologists, as well as radiology residents and fellows whose, work involves performing or interpreting images. Determine appropriate use of appropriate equipment and tools to help guide therapeutic decision making and enhance clinical outcomes.

Learning Objectives

• Understand and implement practical strategies to enhance the management of the radiology departments in community hospitals and clinics
• Recognize, know and avoid common distortions and blind spots in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, abdominal and thoracic and chest imaging
• Consider the differential diagnosis of common pathologies while selecting multimodality and multidisciplinary cases
• Identify non-medical expert features of radiology which includes mentorship, engagement, career planning and discuss some valuables clinical wisdom that assists the residents both in radiology training and examinations
• Review practical legal and ethical changes that have occurred in radiology practice and research that as a result to implement artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning into the practice
• Report selected whole-body imaging trauma process that is encountered in community and academic practice as well as important pathologies and their key distinguishing features
• Adopt an evidence-based path to approach common radiologic findings that permit the formulation of an appropriate differential diagnosis
• Address characteristic appearances and distinguishing imaging features related to pediatric emergencies
