Body Image Masterclass 2020 is organized by St Mark's Academic Institute and will be held on Apr 30, 2020 at St Mark's Hospital, Harrow, England, United Kingdom.

Target Audience:
This study day would be of interest to healthcare professional, particularly biofeedback nurses and physiotherapists who care for people with pelvic floor issues.

Course Description:
One-day masterclass to guide management of care of people with body image issues there will be a gastrointestinal focus; ideally the masterclass is suited to healthcare professionals caring for people living with an altered body image.

Learning Objectives:
• Identify specific common concerns that people may have as a result of their gastrointestinal disease, condition or surgery
• State a range of helpful strategies for managing these physical and psychological issues
• Determine ways by which they can improve support offered to patients experiencing such consequences
