Conference Objectives

• The session renders a forum for the individuals involved in the surgical education to purse new methods and creative solutions to solve the issues related to medical education.
• To intensify the  understanding of the chnages and issues found in surgical residency session to train the surgical respondents and the medical stundents to improve the management skills in the attendees
