"APASL Single Topic Conference (STC) 2020 - Portal Hypertension and End Stage Liver Disease" and the Annual Meeting of Chinese Portal Hypertension Diagnosis and Monitoring Study Group (CHESS) is organized by Chinese Foundation for Hepatitis Prevention and Control (CFHPC), Chinese Portal Hypertension Diagnosis and Monitoring Study Group (CHESS) and will be held from Jun 05 - 07, 2020 at Intercontinental Guangzhou Exhibition Center, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Description:
This conference is one of the highest-level international academic events of portal hypertension held by China. More than 50 domestic and overseas well-known experts will be invited to attend the meeting to share the latest technology and research results in the field of portal hypertension. The agenda of the conference will cover the early screening and diagnosis, drug treatment, endoscopic treatment, interventional treatment and surgical treatment for portal hypertension and end-stage liver disease. Through this conference, a consensus for diagnosis and monitoring of portal hypertension will be formed. At that time, more than 800 physicians are expected to attend the meeting. During the meeting, continuing education activities will be held for young and middle-aged doctors.

It is believed that this conference can effectively promote the development of prevention and management of portal hypertension, promote the standardization of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment model, transform the latest diagnosis and treatment technology into clinical practice, and serve patients in a better way.
