The Multi-Specialty Conference for the Primary Care Physician is designed as an update and review in a variety of specialty areas that you may encounter with patients in a primary care setting. Evidence-based lectures will be delivered by academically and clinically oriented faculty and will provide valuable information and insight into situations that are commonly presented to the primary care physician.

• Understand use of CBD in patient population
• Identify treatments and indications for referral for potential stroke patients
• Understand proper blood pressure measurement techniques and medication usage in management of hypertension
• Use antihypertensive agents in those with indications and manage those with resistant hypertension
• Identfiy patients to screen for Osteoporosis and treatment options
• Understand current trends in cardiology
• Review medcial managment treatment options for obesity
