36th Annual Children's National Symposium: ECMO and the Advanced Therapies for Cardiovascular and Respiratory Failure is organized by Children's National Health System and will be held from Feb 23 - 27, 2020 at Keystone Conference Center, Keystone, Colorado, United States of America.

Description:
This conference is jointly sponsored by Children’s National, Division of Neonatology and the George Washington University School of Medicine. The conference will address the educational needs of Pediatric and Adult Healthcare Workers involved in care of the neonatal, pediatric/adult patient in respiratory &/or cardiovascular failure. State-of-the-art presentations on the use and latest technologies related to Neonatal, Pediatric, and Adult extracorporeal life support (ECLS), nitric oxide, and state-of-the-art ventilation techniques will be presented. To enhance the audience’s knowledge in the area of the latest treatments of respiratory and/or cardiovascular failure and pathophysiology of diseases, this symposium will utilize didactic instructions, combined with panel discussions and short research presentations. Outcome data for neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory failure patients will also be presented. Limitations and complications of new therapies will be discussed by experts in the field.
