1st CMC Day:
As ADC technology evolves more ADCs are entering clinical development and progressing further. It’s anticipated that by 2020 that there will be two more approved ADCs and many more in Phase II clinical development.

Therefore, there is a necessity for you to ensure your Phase II and beyond CMC strategy, operations and processes are ready now to ensure you can manufacture your ADC at large scale.

Focussed from Phase II through to commercial scale manufacturing, the inaugural CMC Seminar Day will enable you to effectively scale up your manufacturing operation. Attend this day to gather the insights, novel techniques and lessons learned to: develop a robust manufacturing operation for your Phase II candidate, confidently meet agreed timelines and reduce costs. 

3rd ADC & Combinations Day:
One of the hottest topics currently in the ADC field; the use of ADCs in combination. Based on your feedback this year we wanted to broaden the scope to all combination approaches to allow you to the landscape of ADCs in combination and its true potential.

Pre Conference Workshop Day:
Introduction to Discovery & Design of Novel ADCs (FULL DAY)
This workshop will offer a one-day intense learning environment to establish core skills and understanding in the critical areas of ADC research and development. Designed for new entrants to the ADC field it will deliver critical knowledge in a number of the key problem areas that hinder antibody drug conjugate programs. Covering essential elements in ADC discovery and early development, this workshop will enable you to:
• Gain an overview of the development process for ADCs
• Improve payload and linker design chemistry
• Understand the impact of conjugation site selection on your ADC
• Choose/choice of optimum “antibody” format
• Select the most appropriate ADC target which is easily accessible
• Learn about cellular assays
• Review the advantages and disadvantages of different preclinical animal models
• Develop early stage assays and learn how to effectively interpret the data
