Women's Heart Health Day 2019 is organized by King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center-Jeddah (KFSHRC-J) and will be held on Feb 27, 2019 at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Heart Centre is holding a Women Heart Health Day titled "Be a Healthy Woman to Have Healthy Heart!" to educate the women about how to adopting heart-healthy habits by making time to take care of yourself, even simple healthy changes in your daily habits, you lower your risk of heart disease and have more energy and stamina to enjoy your life with people you love.
