Presidential Guest Lecturer for 2019 is Thomas Forbes, M.D. the current Chair of Vascular Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. Forbes is a luminary in the field of vascular surgery and he will be sure to engage the over 150 residents, fellows and vascular surgeons in attendance.
