Description:
This workshop is for therapists and researchers who are interested in applying the technique of transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) in clinical or research settings. This workshops covers technical and neurophysiological theory and offers an overview of the state of research, presenting a rationale for why tDCS is used in certain conditions and the evidence-base for its application.

Participants will also gain familiarity with applying tDCS in practice with particular focus on safety aspects in device configuration.

Our experienced presenters will demonstrate appropriate tDCS montages as recommended by the current state of research for the following conditions:
• Neuropathic Pain in the lower limbs
• Depression
• Fibromyalgia
• Addiction, substance abuse and craving
• Motor Stroke
• Aphasia
• Migraine
