Skin Allergy Meeting (SAM) 2019

The fifth edition of the Skin Allergy Meeting (SAM 2019) - Joint Meeting with ESCD is taking place from 4 - 6 April at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. SAM will be held by EAACI in collaboration with the European Society for Contact Dermatitis (ESCD).

Accreditation:
The maximum number of European CME credits (ECMECs) that may be claimed by a learner must be a minimum of one educational hour, with each hour of educational time expected to count as one ECMEC, up to a maximum of 3 ECMECs for a half day and 6 ECMECs for a full day.

Description:
The basic, translational and clinical aspects of drug hypersensitivity, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, mastocytosis, anaphylaxis, urticaria and occupational eczema will be the main focus of SAM 2019. Our scientific programme has been designed to provide clinicians with up-to-date information and enhance their learning experience on skin allergy through novel practical courses, such as patch tests, skin prick tests, intradermal tests, scoring systems in dermatological allergy, and physical provocation tests in urticaria.

SAM 2019 will provide up-to-date information for clinicians, covering basic, translational and clinical aspects on drug hypersensitivity, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, mastocytosis, anaphylaxis, urticaria and occupational eczema, among others. 

To enhance the learning experience, the programme will include novel practical courses such as patch tests, skin prick tests, intradermal tests, and physical provocation tests in urticaria. 

SAM 2019 will welcome acclaimed experts presenting keynote lectures. Moreover, the meeting will be a platform for "pro & con" discussions and case reports. We are looking forward to seeing you in the Bavarian capital Munich at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
