This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, and nurses working in primary care settings.

Course Description:
The Primary Care Summit is an annual meeting for primary care physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to receive relevant medical updates, best practices and new approaches to improving patient care. 

The Primary Care Summit offers meaningful topics with clear, relevant takeaways. Our theme of Today’s Updates, Tomorrow’s Medicine brings you emerging trends that directly affect your patients; hands-on approaches to solving practice barriers, and innovative learning formats to encourage a community of practice.

Statement of Need:
The content of this conference was developed based on an assessment of needs developed via a Delphi panel of primary care providers.

Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity learners should be able to:
• Describe several current diagnostic, management and therapeutic strategies for issues commonly seen in primary care practice;
• Develop connections to support improved practice viability and health;
• Adapt appropriate strategies for enhancing patient care and practice management within their office setting.
