6th Annual Pain Care for Primary Care (PCPC) is organized by Global Academy for Medical Education LLC and will be held from Nov 15 - 16, 2019 at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.

Who Should Attend:
The Pain Care for Primary Care meeting is intended for physicians in family practice, internal medicine, neurology, and rheumatology, as well as advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and pharmacists working in pain or primary care.

As a primary care physician, you treat patients in pain every day. The information presented at this meeting will provide you with an opportunity to enhance your clinical care and acquire additional skills in treating patients who present with pain and pain-related symptoms. This meeting is intended to meet the clinical and educational needs of clinicians in the primary care setting and selected specialties, such as non-pain specialists who recognize the importance and challenges associated with treating patients in pain.

The University of Cincinnati designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 22 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ (16 for the general program (including the REMS course) and 6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for completing the pre-conference workshops. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Family Physicians
This Live activity, 6th Annual Pain Care for Primary Care, with a beginning date of 11/15/2019, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 16.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses
This program is accredited for a maximum of 22 contact hours (This includes a maximum of 13 contact hours for the general sessions and a maximum of 3 contact hours for each workshop (Pharmacology contact hours will be determined and will be indicated on our certificate) in partnership with Partners in Healthcare Education, LLC.

Pharmacists
This course is co-sponsored by Amedco and the University of Cincinnati. Amedco is approved by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Pharmacy Education to sponsor continuing education for pharmacists. Amedco maintains responsibility and designates 13 credit hours for completing this program, 3 credit hours for completing REMS, and 6 credit hours for completing the pre-conference workshops.
