Description:
This advanced curriculum guides a dentist and laboratory technician through the diagnostic process and treatment of a severely worn dentition. Doctors and Lab techs are required to have graduated OBI Bioesthetic Treatment (Level III) which is a pre-requisite for the Level IV Advanced curriculum.   The doctor and technician will ,with lectures and participation, build upon the core curriculum and learn about aspects of interdisciplinary diagnosis, treatment protocol, treatment outcome and case management. Assignment includes completion of a full mouth rejuvenation on a patient from the doctor’s own practice. Upon completion of the Advanced curriculum each graduate will be awarded the OBI Foundation Bioesthetic Pin and also receive an Academy of Bioesthetic Dentistry pin and one year complimentary membership into the Academy. Session 9 is completed within 12 months of completion date of ABR Session 8 and graduation. All graduates as well as Academy members are encouraged to attend and bring cases for review and follow up. There are also updates presented on new minimally invasive techniques, practice management and product information to keep our graduates up to date on the latest in Bioesthetics™.

• Diagnosis and treatment in patients with a severely worn dentition
• Aspects of interdisciplinary diagnosis, treatment protocol, and case management
• Transfer of a biologic wax-up into the mouth
• Minimally invasive full-mouth rejuvenation using composite/crowns
