Conference Description:
The aim of the course is to provide the participants with comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field Indication and application of intraocular injections and the necessary knowledge for the implementation of intravitreal drug therapy (IVOM). The OCT part represents another important part of the workshop, as the Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) today the basis for diagnosis and indication, as well as for the therapy monitoring of IVOM represents in macular disease. In a theoretical part, comprehensive information is up to date Science on standardized injection techniques, indications, injectable drugs, Complications and their management and OCT techniques as well as current Indikationsund treatment guidelines. Analysis and discussion of clinical cases. As part of a very limited group of participants you will then have the opportunity, the acquired state-of-the-art knowledge on OCT devices or on non-conserved human eyes (IVOM) close to reality.
