Clearly, managing the diabetic foot is a multidisciplinary effort by experts such as podiatrists, orthopaedists, vascular and plastic surgeons, dermatologists, neurologists, endocrinologists, diabetes specialists, physical therapists, nutritionists, nurses, footwear and orthotic consultants and industry research & development leaders.
