Updates on Advanced Breast Cancer: Local Management and Other New Perspectives

This conference is targeted for Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists and Surgical Oncologists.

 

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

The goal is for physicians to develop the tools to diagnose, identify therapeutic approaches specifically for treatment of breast cancer, enhance approaches to assist in detecting the disease, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment for breast cancer patients, and appropriately refer patients to clinical trials.

 

After attending the conference, participants should be able to

 

• Conduct a timely recognition and diagnosis of inflammatory and triple-negative breast cancer, and provide appropriate delivery of therapy that involves multidisciplinary care (Knowledge, Competence, Performance, Patient Outcomes);
