Heart Failure Summit 2019 is organized by UC Davis Conference and Event Services (CES) and will be held on Oct 05, 2019 at UC Davis Betty Irene Moore School Of Nursing, Sacramento, California, United States of America.

Learning Objectives:
• Identify features that aid in the accurate diagnosis and evaluation of patients with heart failure, including special populations.
• Update on the most current guidelines for the management of patients with heart failure and implementation in clinical practice.
• Recognize signs and symptoms of advanced heart failure and understand the role of novel technologies and interventions for patients with advanced heart failure.
• Recognize and effectively manage patients at risk of cardiogenic shock.
• Recognize the value of collaboration and key elements of an effective heart failure disease management program.
