Healthcare Records on Trial by NCORE

Healthcare Records on Trial is organized by National Centre of Rehabilitation Education (NCORE) and will be held on Jan 08, 2019 at London Road Community Hospital, Derby, England, United Kingdom. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 6.00 Credits.

This course will analyse and explain the accountability of the Healthcare Professional, and different ways in which records will be scrutinised. Clinical professional and legal requirements which apply to record keeping will be considered. Common errors in record keeping will be highlighted through trainer led discussions and consideration of real case studies.
