• Identify roles and responsibilities to develop highly effective team
• Recognize the HCAHPS/CAHPS process and how to improve patient experience and patient satisfaction
• Define Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) & Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE), including policies, processes and requirements as a new provider
