Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC) 11th Annual Palliative Care Summit is organized by Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC) and will be held from Apr 08 - 09, 2019 at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, San Francisco, California, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event isphysicians, nurses, social workers, nursing home administrators, chaplains, patients and others interested in clinical research, quality and policy as it pertains to palliative care. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 10 contact hours.

Conference Description:
The Summit is appropriate for providers caring for patients of all ages: pediatrics, adults and geriatrics.
