Bubble CPAP Conference 2019 is organized by GW School of Medicine Health Sciences Office of Continuing Education in the Health Professions (CEHP) and will be held from Dec 07 - 08, 2019 at AC Hotel by Marriott National Harbor Washington, DC Area, National Harbor, Maryland, United States of America.

Target Audience:
This conference is intended for the entire neonatal critical care team: physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, respiratory care practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals practicing the neonatal intensive care arena.

MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn 12 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Conference Overview:
This course will provide members of the neonatal critical care team with a comprehensive overview, practical strategies, and lectures on ventilation and instruction on the correct use of Bubble CPAP in infants with respiratory distress. This conference will include both didactic and hands-on instruction and will be presented by a multidisciplinary panel of experts.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
• Identify clinical outcomes associated with the use of CPAP.
• Initiate and maintain an infant on CPAP.
• Define the complications and technical difficulties in administering CPAP.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with CPAP administration.
