The Bread and Butter of any practice, if it is to endure into the new millennium, is posterior adhesive dentistry. But what will it take to do more than just survive?

In a relatively small, not so well know town of Woodinville, Washington lays a general and cosmetic dental practice. Let Dr. Koczarski show you how he has developed a hungry and unique aesthetic practice that feeds off of the staples of his general practice.

The day will focus upon aesthetic, bonded, metal free posterior and anterior dentistry. Elimination of post-operative sensitivity with your posterior resin and porcelain bonded restorations. How to design the perfect smile, every time! How to avoid the dreaded “Prep & Pray” approach to anterior aesthetic smile designs. And finally, how to market aesthetic dentistry to your existing and new patient base.

• Attendees will learn the role of modern adhesive and aesthetic dentistry in today’s general practice. How to begin the creation of the aesthetic practice in any setting, within any general practice in any town.
• The Smile Design: Learn how to look at a smile in detail, pick it apart, and KNOW where to begin. Principals of smile analysis will be discussed, along with how to design, mock-up, and prepare the predictable veneer case. In addition, to get what your after, how to effectively communicate with your ceramist to avoid surprises, and avoid the “Prep & Pray” approach most of us use in anterior veneer cases.

• The mock up and wax up transfer in designing an anterior esthetic case
• Preperation phase: How to prepare anterior restorations and deal with no-prep or minimally invasive anterior preparations
• Temporization of an anterior case
• Seating 8 to 10 units all at once in a predictable and planned approach
