Antimicrobial Resistance Training is organized by Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants (OAPA) and will be held on Jan 22, 2019 at McMahon Centennial Complex, Lawton, Oklahoma, United States of America.

Purpose:
Antibiotic resistance poses a serious threat to human health. Infections with antibiotic-resistant bacteria can lead to longer hospital stays, higher health care costs and an Increased risk of death. In the healthcare setting, antibiotic-resistant bacteria can spread between patients. Increasing health risks further. we will discuss tools to promote optimal antibiotic user for the purpose of preventing the development and spread of antibiotic resistance and other antibiotic-associated adverse events.
