8th Annual Great Lakes Palliative Care Conference is organized by Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and will be held from May 02 - 03, 2019 at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, United States of America.

Target Audience:
Intermediate/Advanced Palliative Care Practitioners: Physicians, Psychologists, Allied Health Professionals (Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Hospice Personnel, Social Workers, Chaplains), Fellows and Residents.

Purpose:
Bringing together educators and leaders in palliative care from the national community to explore challening topics in palliative care and to advance the practice of hospice and palliative medicine.
