4th Principles and Techniques of Complex Spinal Reconstruction is organized by Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) and will be held from Mar 22 - 23, 2019 at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York City, New York, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is designed for Internal WCMC / NYPH and local /regional specialty physicians from Neurological Surgery and Orthopedics. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 12.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

This course is a two-day workshop-part didactic, part hands-on that reviews the most common complex spine techniques used in contemporary spine surgery. Participants will have ample time to familiarize themselves with the techniques and review the relevant anatomy on cadavers. The course will start with afternoon case presentations on Friday, March 22. The next day will be morning lectures in which internationally renowned faculty will present their experience with different techniques for complex spine pathologies. Following the lectures, the course participants will go to the Weill Cornell Medical College Anatomy Lab for the hands-on part of the course. At six different stations, each with at least one faculty member, participants will review the procedures and then perform them on the cadavers. Tips, suggestions, and surgical pearls will be discussed during their experience.
