30th Regional Congress of the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) In conjunction with the National Blood Center and Thai Red Cross Society is organized by International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) and will be held from Nov 16 - 19, 2019 at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Bangkok, Thailand.

Description:
30th Regional Congress of the ISBT in Bangkok in the year 2019 which is the 50th years to celebrate the establishment of National Blood Centre, the Thai Red Cross Society as well. Throughout the path of five decades, National Blood Centre have been contributing its services for Thai people under three strategies; 1) blood transfusion service, 2) unrelated stem cell national registry centre with supporting functions of stem cell transplantation and 3) plasma derived medicinal production. National Blood Centre achieves over 900,000 voluntary blood donations annually, 200,000 registry for unrelated stem cell volunteers with 300 unrelated stem cell transplants and by the year 2017 Thai Red Cross is proud of success on establishment of the first South East Asia Plasma Fractionation plant which produces albumin, factor VIII and IVIG to serve national requirement. Beyond anniversary, continuous breathtaking improvement of those mentioned strategies and collaboration with Global organizations are our missions to serve our Asia Pacific Region and global communities as much as we can.
