25th Annual North Carolina Radiological Society (NCRS) Breast Imaging Review Course is organized by North Carolina Radiological Society (NCRS) and will be held from Jan 18 - 20, 2019 at Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is radiologists and other health care professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Description:
This conference is to provide practicing radiologists and other health care professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases with a review to identify current and emerging concepts in breast imaging with an emphasis on practical approaches to both common and uncommon breast diseases; to emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in the care of breast cancer patients; to identify common malignant breast lesions, unusual breast lesions, principles of imaging guided breast biopsy, and radiologic-pathologic correlation; to apply the most recent ACR BI-RADS(R) Atlas principles of breast composition, primary and secondary features to the interpretation of breast imaging examinations; and, to detail rigorous technique and interpretation standards across all breast imaging modalities, namely digital mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and magnetic resonance (MR).
