Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions is organized by Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) and will be held from Feb 06 - 09, 2019 at Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Bellevue, Washington, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 34.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

Purpose/ Objective :
The field of Cardiac MRI is rapidly evolving and clinicians/technologists do not know how to apply or use some of the newer techniques available that can improve patient care, research, and education. To close the gap, learners 'need' to know how to practically implement more advanced imaging sequences and better understand how to use them in practice. This activity will educate learners through lectures and courses at the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions on machine learning, new perfusion technique, and contrast methods for examining future cardiovascular risk, as well as other new technologies in the field. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with experts in the field to learn about new technology.

Description :
The SCMR 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions will focus on the theme of “Global CMR: Innovation and Clinical Outcomes” emphasizing the goal of expanding outreach to the broader and more global CMR community. Our vision is to gain worldwide recognition as the premier knowledge base for Cardiovascular MRI to aid in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. In pursuit of this goal, we have established novel programs to serve the broader scientific community, highlight promising new investigators and to showcase significant research and clinical accomplishments in the field of CMR.
