The theme of “Clinical pharmacology meeting tomorrow´s health care challenges”. Clinical pharmacologists have all the tools; from a molecular perspective on drug-target interaction, over individual patient and patient group needs, to epidemiological and global considerations for the safe and effective use of medicines. In this meeting, we will all come together and discuss how we can use these tools to solve the many challenges of modern health care, for the sake of our patients, today and tomorrow!
