Wake Forest School of Medicine Summer Radiology Review is organized by Wake Forest School of Medicine (WFSM), Aladdin Travel and Meeting Planners and will be held from Jun 25 - 28, 2018 at Montage Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, South Carolina, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is practising radiologists. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 20.25 CME hours.
Conference Objectives:
• Diagnose common causes of facial pain and spinal cord abnormalities
• Recognize the MRI appearance of abnormalities affecting the hip and wrist
• Perform and interpret exams in patients with head and neck cancer, arthritis, suspected vascular lesions of the head, neck and MSK infections
• Utilize breast MRI to solve difficult breast cases
• Discuss imaging of indeterminate renal masses and confusing liver lesions
• Recognize "incidentalomas" on chest CT and the use of CT in evaluating osteopenia
• Appreciate how "millennials" approach the work of radiology and discuss complex brain imaging in the 21st century
• Describe current breast and lung cancer screening recommendations
